  • Do I have to complete the course within a specific time frame?

No. You can work through the course at a pace to suit you. You keep the access to the content and the course does not have an expiry date. The only exception to this would be if you are completing this course as a pre-requisite to a follow on course or day.

  • Do I need to take part in the practice videos and audios?

To gain the most benefit you need take part in the practice videos and audios. It is also highly recommended that you follow them multiple times.
